Riccardo is a customer experience expert with 10+ years of research and consulting experience throughout Asia Pacific markets.

His research focuses on CX strategy and management, service design and customer service. He is a proficient advisor and facilitator with expertise in inspiring, motivating and transforming experienced business leaders across multiple countries and diverse cultures.

Riccardo is fluent in English, Chinese Mandarin, and Italian. In addition, he holds a dual-MBA degree from Peking University and the University of Washington.

Sue enjoys working at the intersection of research, innovation and technology. She is a co-author of “The Handbook of Mobile Market Research” and co-editor and curator of the ESOMAR book, “Answers to Contemporary Market Research Questions”.

Sue is one of the founders of NewMR – an online knowledge network that engages with the global market research and insights community.

Sue has a high profile in new market research, and is a regular conference and workshop presenter. Sue is an active member of the market research online community, and is a familiar face on Twitter, where she tweets as @1Sue3, mostly about research methods and related innovations.

Sue is a Fellow of AMSRS (Australian Market and Social Research Society) and is Chair of the AMSRS Professional Development Committee.


Michele Levine

Michele Levine was born with a passion for people and what makes them tick, social justice and an insatiable curiosity about life.

With over 30 years’ experience as a researcher, Michele has been responsible for thousands of surveys, including many of the largest research projects ever undertaken in Australia, many of which continue to play a critically important part in shaping our society today.

With a fundamental belief in the empowering value of information, Michele was instrumental in the development and refinement of Roy Morgan Single Source, the world’s leading consumer study (based on over 50,000 interviews a year) and, in 2010, the introduction of the Roy Morgan Business Survey..

Michele was ahead of her time in foreseeing the exponential growth of Big Data and, consequently the need for software (like ASTEROID) which can manage and order massive volumes of data – as well as the need for highly trained analysts who can help make sense of it.

Patrick Scurrah

Patrick has been in the timeshare/hospitality industry for 15 years. Starting as a marketing consultant, Patrick grew his product and operational knowledge before transitioning to help create the Customer Experience division at Wyndham Destinations.

In his current role, Patrick identifies and delivers innovative and efficient operational improvements to the business with the goal of making life easier for his customers both internal and external.

Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of data analysis, system mapping and a passion for understanding what makes things “tick”


George Zdanowicz

George is an experienced leader in the Australian market and social research industry, having held leadership positions as both a client and agency researcher. His unique experience delivers a high-level capability to design research that delivers insight to drive strategic and tactical actions and influence behaviour change.

With over twenty five years’ experience George is an active participant in the industry. He has spoken on research, customer experience, behaviour change and industry related topics at a number of Australian and international conferences and is the current Treasurer of AMSRO.

As CEO of Enhance Research he leads an enthusiastic team of research professionals focused on understanding human experiences, delivering actionable insights and driving behaviour change for some of Australia’s leading commercial, government and not for profit client organisations.
